TFD-ZT500 Chocolate ball pallet packing machine
Main Feature:

1. The machine loading packing capacity is 40-60pcs/min(depend on the products tray loading quantity and the tray type).
2. Suitable for multi-column, matrix tray loading packing.
3. The mainframe use servo driver to control tray loading, veritica packing in tray to improve packing speed and accuracy.
4. Using intelligent control the main line automatically accelaratioin and deceleration or start-stop feeding technology.
5. More magic eye adopted to detect loading in tray, which make it more efficient to control the stability of tray loading and buffering capacity's increase.
6. The whole machine adopts frame design, installation, disassembly, maintenance, simple and quick cleaning.

Application: Mainly use for ball shape foods packing with pallet, such as Tang-yuan, chocolate ball etc.
