Main Feature:

1. Packing and sorting capacity up to 150bags/min(depend on the specific prodcuts and packing material).
2. The biggest feature of the system is that's no need to connect to the packing machine, because it can independently finish seperating the pallet, loading in tray and conoveying to the packing machine's automatically. 
3. With non-contact in opening and loading tray program to reducing the secondary pollution and satisfy for the foods hygiene requirements.
4. High-precision and High-sensitive SICK eletric eye tracking system to accurately control the material's position. 
5. The system realizes intelligent control of the whole machine through real-time interactive operation between touch screen and embedded PLC.Configure product menu function, product adjustment is convenient and quick. 
6. The whole machine adopts cantilever frame design, installation, disassembly, maintenance, simple and quick cleaning.

Application: Mainly use for foods packing with tray like moon cake, cake, bread, snacks, durian pancake, flaky and pastry etc.
