TFD-ZP350  Full automatic packaging line with turntable
Main Feature:

1. The material's sorting & packing capacity up to 350bags/min(depend on the specific products and packing material)
2. Completely isolated upper and lower rack design eliminates the upper material powder and residue entering the lower rack drive or floor.
3. Segmented ring load hopper with no blind spot powder residue falling. It's easy to clean powder residue and waste without tools.
4. No chain transmission, avoid long - term use of the chain after the elongation to cause easy stuck. The transmission area is completely separated from the powder and residue area to avoid cross contamination.
5. The whole array output quantity and speed of the disk could be intelligent adjusted accoring to the back end of the sorting line to avoid extra material rubbing and crashing with each other to cause more losses.
6. Less exterior fastener thread connecting make it more easy to clean and easily to avoid hygiene blind spot. It's easy to install, disassembly, maintenance and clean.
7. High precision and high sensitive SICK eletric eye tracking system, accurately to control the material position.
